Lindsay Lohan revealed that she had been beaten by a waitress in a nightclub in Los Angeles. The actress was celebrating her 24th birthday at Voyeur Thursday evening when she was suddenly attacked, told Us Weekly. A witness has confirmed his version of events, saying that Lohan was drinking a Red Bull and he was having fun with friends when the waitress approached. Lohan said he was angry when she came to another party in the room where the maid was again present.
